Delivery policy
Orders are subject to stock availability and payment. Delivery date will be advised on completion of order. (International titles may incur a 6 week waiting period). All parcels are to be collected from Step Ahead offices. Parcels to be couriered by prior arrangement only.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Step Ahead Stationers by Virtual Card Services who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and MasterCard guideline on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
